The General Secretary-Treasurer shall cause to be issued from his office a journal, in magazine form, on a regular schedule nine (9) times per year. Said journal shall be edited and managed by him, under the direction of the General Executive Board.

The official UA Journal shall be furnished free of charge to the members of the United Association. All matters relating to the UA Journal shall be controlled by the General Secretary-Treasurer and the General Executive Board.
